The Common Guilt is a found-footage-film about the perpetuity of subjects existing within Chilean Film and Audiovisual Heritage. In particular, this documentary piece is a manifesto of Chile’s political dichotomy – a dichotomy that is inherent for the idiosyncrasies of the Chilean society. By employing the film The Hussar of Death, from 1925 by Pedro Sienna, The Common Guilt features the thematic perpetuity throughout the Chilean film and audiovisual heritage.
