Bâties dans le désert, des structures imaginaires sont construites et détruites en cherchant les bords d’un paysage inconnu. En cherchant les marges, nous nous retrouvons toujours au centre de quelque chose. Réalisé lors de la résidence d’artistes Home of the Brave dans la ville fantôme de Cisco, Utah, le film a retenu cette photo Building an Edge/Construire un bord prise avec une caméra LomoKino à manivelle avec un film 35 mm, avant broderie de la pellicule avec du fil.

Building an Edge
Created alone in the desert, imaginary structures are built and destroyed through seeking out the edges of an unknown landscape. Through seeking out the margins, we keep finding ourselves at the center of something. Made at the Home of the Brave artist residency in the ghost town of Cisco, Utah, this Building an Edge photo was shot on a hand-crank LomoKino camera with 35mm film, and then the film was embroidered with thread.
